5:45 with Lisa. What a great spin workout and class.  Lisa is a great motivator and teacher. Always encouraging us in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She had a regular following of about 15 spinners who regularly got to the gym at 5:45 A.M. and worked out for one hour two days a week. Many attended additional classes and self-workouts due to Lisa's encouragement, example, and motivation. We were a very close knit group who really cared for each other and inquired about anyone who was absent. Miss her and our class. She's a perfect example of a caring person......wanting everyone to live a healthy lifestyle....though she was a Husky. I forgive you, Lisa ....lol

No freaking way!! I did not expect this!!
I almost did not turn in my last Inbody results because I felt I had no chance of making the top 10. 2nd place?!?! I couldn't have done it without the help of my awesome coach Lisa K Rowland Zolman Even when I felt I was her most difficult client, she is and has been very patient with me. I would recommend her to anyone looking to get fit. I just love that woman! I am so thankful to have been apart of the transformation fitness FAMILY! Wonderful gym, environment, and coaches!! Congratulations to everyone who made top 5 and Congratulations and good job to everyone who pushed through these 8weeks! We did it! Can't wait for more challenges and look forward to seeing greater results! 🏋️‍♀️❤🏋️‍♀️

Koral (Post Surgery)

After a few back surgeries I found that my limitations were affecting both my weight and activity level.
My Trainer, Lisa Zolman, listened intently to all my concerns & questions and custom tailored a workout and nutrition plan that suited my lifestyle as well as limitations.
Lisa closely monitored my progress, answered my questions and lent moral support when needed.
With the knowledge and guidance that Lisa offered I ultimately achieved my weight goal and was able to reshape my body and strengthen my back.
I would HIGHLY recommend Lisa Zolman for any of your workout/nutrition/training needs.

Lisa is an excellent trainer.  She helped me build a fitness habit habit that is now a daily part of my life.   All I had to do was show up. She motivated me to get a fitness system in place that works. She gives great advice and pushes you to do your best. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a lifelong habit of fitness. It’s a bonus that she is dialed in on nutrition. 🦋
